Allen has been a familiar and popular figure on the road running circuit in West Wales and beyond for many years. Allen can be seen participating in a race somewhere on this or the side of Offa’s Dyke on most weekends and the distance, be it 10k, half marathon or even full marathon seems to be no object to him. |
