Following the AGM held on the 12th Dec 2002, the following club officials where appointed for the year 2003:-

Club meetings are held every two months on the second Thursday of the month at Lampeter Leisure Centre.

Runners meet every Thursday evening at Lampeter Leisure Centre, contact Dawn Kenwright for details, there is also children's training sessions again contact Dawn Kenwright.

There is a MTB ride most Sunday mornings, contact Ken 'Gas' Richards on 01570 422557 for details.
