Sarn Helen Cycling Club
Sarn Helen re-formed its cycling club in 2013 and welcomes both road riders and mountain bikers of all abilities.
During the summer months, there are weekly road rides every Tuesday and Thursday evening from Lampeter Rugby Club and occasional MTB rides in various locations, as well as other rides arranged by members. Distances vary, but the Tuesday ride is more social.
In 2015, we began weekly rides of about 15-20 miles for younger riders aged 10-15.
We also take part in numerous MTB events and road sportives across Wales.
