Club Championships

Qualifying Rules:

You must hold a current full Sarn Helen club membership on the day of the event to collect the points
You must run in a club vest/tshirt in the race

How it Works:

8 races will make up the championship for 2026
Best 6 results to count (e.g. if you complete 8 rounds, your two lowest results will be disregarded)
100 bonus points will be automatically awarded once you complete 6 out of 8 events.
Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall for Male and Female as well as awards for age categories.
Every finisher will score points in his or her category, e.g. 20 for 1st, 19 for 2nd etc. Points for Overall award e.g. 50 for 1st, 49 for 2nd etc.
In the event of a tie, runner with the highest points in Teifi 10 will be the winner
Your category at Teifi 10 will be your category for the Championship year
Awards will be presented at the annual awards dinner.
